To register and use the bcd44 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bcd44 applies a strict 21+ age policy and verifies age during registration and at the point of first withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party, company or entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of any such person associated with bcd44 or its affiliated technology and game providers.

bcd44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification confirming age and identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active bcd44 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where bcd44 determines that a user holds more than one account:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately without notice.
• Any bonuses or promotional winnings credited to duplicate accounts will be voided and forfeited in full.
• bcd44 reserves the right to retain any balance held in duplicate accounts pending investigation.
• Repeated or wilful creation of duplicate accounts may be referred to relevant authorities as a fraud matter.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bcd44 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bcd44 will never ask you for your password by email, SMS or live chat. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bcd44 immediately by contacting customer support and initiating a password reset.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a bcd44 account:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. bcd44 does not charge a fee for standard deposits via bKash, Nagad or Rocket, though your mobile wallet provider may charge their own transfer fee.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bcd44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method belonging to another person will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
• bcd44 processes deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Funds are credited to your account balance in BDT. bcd44 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currency at this time.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests from a bcd44 account:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering control applied to all accounts without exception.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for verified accounts under standard conditions, though bcd44 reserves the right to stage large withdrawals across multiple business days.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a first withdrawal is processed. bcd44 will request appropriate documentation — which may include a government-issued national identity card or other acceptable proof of identity — and will process the verification request within 48 hours under standard conditions.

bcd44 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where the account is under review for suspected policy violation, fraudulent activity or failure to complete identity verification. In such cases, bcd44 will communicate the reason and estimated resolution timeline to the account holder.

All bonuses, free spins and other promotional rewards offered by bcd44 are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer is displayed prominently before the bonus is claimed.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or duplicate account will result in all bonuses being voided.

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your bcd44 account balance. Real-money funds may always be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal conditions, regardless of any active bonus wagering requirement.

Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the specific free spins offer. Free spins not used within the validity period stated in the offer will expire automatically without replacement or compensation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bcd44 platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account closed immediately, all balances and bonuses forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the bcd44 platform, place bets, claim bonuses or gain any advantage not available to standard users.

bcd44 employs automated fraud-detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Detection of prohibited conduct may occur at any time, including retrospectively. Where prohibited conduct is detected after funds have been withdrawn, bcd44 reserves the right to pursue recovery of those funds by all available means.

bcd44 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost. These tools are accessible at any time from within your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your bcd44 account. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the new, higher limit applies.

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the period specified by bcd44 following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal conduct associated with the account.
• A player's request for self-exclusion, or a determination by bcd44 that the account should be closed for responsible gaming reasons in the interests of the player's wellbeing.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the registered payment method, net of any amounts properly due to bcd44 under these Terms. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bcd44 platform without the prior written permission of bcd44. Unauthorised use of bcd44 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcd44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bcd44 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other basis, even if bcd44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bcd44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, connectivity issues and third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. bcd44 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable. bcd44's liability for platform unavailability is limited to the return of any wagers placed but not resolved due to the unavailability event.
